Every successful validation the new blocks are generated in the chain. In the series of new blocks has held the previous block content and latest transaction details.

The Central authority and Device manufacturer has to sign according to the transaction validation, the Central authority will sign if the transaction for valuator, the device manufacturer will sign if the transaction for casual node. The process will reject if the sign didn't match the field. The content entry in the block and subsequent blocks will never change in the blockchain network.
